土地资源生态效率时空差异及影响因素研究

【摘要】:当前土地资源利用效率不尽理想,对其效率评价亦不能很好地揭示土地生态系统的内部特征。故基于系统理论视角,将中国土地资源生态系统解构为三个子系统:经济子系统、社会子系统和环境子系统。在此基础上,构建基于矩阵型结构的网络DEA模型,对2006—2013年中国各省市土地资源生态利用状况进行效率评估,并进行收敛性检验和影响因素分析。研究发现:当前,中国土地资源生态效率处于较低水平且呈现出总体下降的趋势,环境子系统效率低下是制约土地生态效率提升的瓶颈;土地资源生态效率和社会子系统效率具有收敛趋势,经济子系统呈现发散态势,环境子系统较为稳定;土地资源生态效率与城镇化水平、人均绿地和市场化进程呈正相关关系,与经济规模呈负相关关系,区位因素影响明显,土地执法水平影响不显著。结合实证结果,提出了相应的政策建议。
[Abstract]:At present, the efficiency of land resources utilization is not ideal, and the evaluation of its efficiency can not reveal the internal characteristics of land ecosystem. Therefore, based on the view of system theory, the land resources ecosystem of China is divided into three subsystems: economic subsystem, social subsystem and environmental subsystem. On this basis, the network DEA model based on matrix structure is constructed to evaluate the efficiency of ecological utilization of land resources in various provinces and cities of China from 2006 to 2013, and the convergence test and the analysis of influencing factors are carried out. The results show that: at present, the ecological efficiency of land resources in China is in a low level and showing a general downward trend, and the low efficiency of the environmental subsystem is the bottleneck restricting the improvement of the land ecological efficiency; The ecological efficiency of land resources and the efficiency of social subsystem are convergent, the economic subsystem is divergent, and the environmental subsystem is relatively stable. The ecological efficiency of land resources has a positive correlation with urbanization level, green space per capita and market-oriented process, and a negative correlation with economic scale. The influence of location factors is obvious, but the level of land law enforcement is not significant. Combined with the empirical results, the corresponding policy recommendations are put forward.
