基于地下水可持续利用的宁城县水资源优化配置研究

【摘要】:宁城县经济社会的快速发展导致水资源需求量日益加大,地下水超采日益加重。根据宁城县各水源的供水能力以及各用水户对水量水质的要求,并综合考虑各方面因素,建立基于地下水可持续利用的水资源多目标优化配置模型,并采用MATLAB优化工具箱中的fgoalattain函数对模型进行求解,得出水资源合理分配方案。结果表明:在规划年水平年2020和2025年,用水大户第一产业用水量得到有效控制,各行业用水比例得到合理的调节,在满足生活、生产和生态需水的条件下,地下水开采得到了合理的控制,2020年50%和75%保证率下地下水开发利用程度分别为57.04%和64.74%,2025年50%和75%保证率下分别为59.66%和66.84%,为地下水的可持续开发利用提供了依据。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy and society in Ningcheng County, the demand for water resources is increasing day by day, and the groundwater overexploitation is increasing day by day. According to the water supply capacity of each water source in Ningcheng County and the requirement of each water user to the quantity and quality of water, a multi-objective optimal allocation model of water resources based on sustainable utilization of groundwater is established, considering all kinds of factors. The fgoalattain function of MATLAB optimization toolbox is used to solve the model, and the rational allocation scheme of water resources is obtained. The results show that in the planning year 2020 and 2025, the water consumption of the primary industry is effectively controlled, the proportion of water used in various industries is adjusted reasonably, and under the conditions of satisfying the needs of life, production and ecology, the water consumption of the primary industry is controlled effectively, and the proportion of water used in various industries is adjusted reasonably. The exploitation of groundwater has been reasonably controlled. Under the guarantee rate of 50% and 75% in 2020, the degree of development and utilization of groundwater is 57.04% and 64.74% respectively, and under the guarantee rate of 50% and 75% in 2025, it is 59.66% and 66.84% respectively. It provides the basis for the sustainable exploitation and utilization of groundwater.
