应用奥美拉唑联合血凝酶治疗上消化道出血的临床疗效观察
Objective To investigate in upper digestive tract bleeding, using omeprazole combined with hemocoagulase therapy clinical curative effect. Method: select the hospital treated 124 cases of patients with hemorrhage of upper digestive tract, were randomly divided into two groups, each 62 cases, control group was given comprehensive treatment, the observation group in the control group treated with omeprazole and hemagglutination enzyme. Results: the two groups of patients with the clinical curative effect and the average time was compared, the observation group was better than that in control group, the average time to hemostasis were lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant ( P 0.05 ). Conclusion: Omeprazole combined with hemocoagulase in treatment of upper gastrointes-tinal hemorrhage with safety and reliability, quick effect, less complications, worthy of clinical popularized.
