护士信息素养评价指标体系的构建研究

【摘要】:目的:随着信息时代的飞速发展,信息素养已发展成为公民的基本素质之一。护士的信息素养是其终身学习的先决条件和前提,直接制约着临床护理质量和护理专业的发展,本研究旨在建立适合护士群体的信息素养评价指标体系,明确护士的信息素养标准,以提高护士群体的信息素养。方法:本研究采用文献调研、访谈、问卷调查、德尔菲咨询等研究方法,对现有信息素养评价指标体系进行梳理与比较分析,明晰了构建护士信息素养评价指标体系的基本思路、框架结构及依据,建立了初步的护士信息素养评价指标体系,并基于护士访谈法和德尔菲专家咨询法对体系做出修正,最终构建了护士信息评价指标体系。在构建了护士信息素养评价指标体系的基础上,设计了护士信息素养现况调查表,采用单纯随机抽样法,对苏州市各个地区不同背景的护士进行实地问卷调查,验证体系。结果:(1)构建了护士信息素养评价指标体系,该体系包涵了三个不同级别的评价指标项,下一级别的评价指标项是上一级别的评价指标项的具体化,为递进式关系,该体系由4个一级评价指标,8个二级评价指标,45个三级评价指标组成。(2)将此体系应用到实践中,评价了护士信息素养现状,也验证了该体系的科学性与实用性。(3)通过对护士信息素养现状调研,得出护士在信息安全与道德方面的素养较高,但对信息的敏锐度以及信息的获取、筛选、利用的能力存在着不足,尤其是信息创新能力较弱,总体来说,护士信息素养水平有待提高。结论:通过对护士信息素养评价指标体系的构建及应用,实现了该体系的科学性、有效性、实用性。
[Abstract]:Objective: with the rapid development of the information age, information literacy has become one of the basic qualities of citizens. The information literacy and lifelong learning is the precondition and prerequisite, directly restricts the quality of clinical nursing and nursing professional development, the purpose of this study is to establish nurses' evaluation index system of information literacy, information literacy standards clearly to improve the information literacy of nurses, nurse groups. Methods: This study used literature research, interviews, questionnaire survey, Delphy consulting and other research methods, analyze and compare the combing of the existing evaluation indicators system of information literacy, clarify the basic ideas, the framework and basis of constructing the evaluation index system of information literacy of nurses, nurses and establishing the evaluation index system of information literacy, and based on the nurse Delphy interviews and expert consultation to make amendments system, set up the evaluation index system of nursing information. On the basis of constructing the evaluation index system of nurses' information literacy, the questionnaire of nurses information literacy was designed, and a random sampling method was applied to carry out a questionnaire survey of nurses in different backgrounds and regions in Suzhou to verify the system. Results: (1) to construct the evaluation index system of information literacy of nurses, the system includes three different levels of evaluation indexes, the next level of evaluation index is on a level of the evaluation indexes for concrete, progressive relationship, the system consists of 4 first grade indicators, 8 two grade evaluation index, 45 level three indexes. (2) to apply this system to practice, to evaluate the status of information literacy of nurses, and to verify the scientificalness and practicability of the system. (3) through the research of the present situation of information literacy of nurses, the nurses in the high quality of information security and ethics, but the sensitivity of information and information acquisition, screening and utilization ability is insufficient, especially the information innovation ability is weak, the overall level of information literacy of nurses should be improved. Conclusion: through the construction and application of the evaluation index system of information literacy of nurses, the scientific, effective and practical of the system have been realized.
