【摘要】:目的:探讨乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)前C区1896位点和1899位点突变与e抗原血清转换和疾病进展的相关性。方法:收集HBs Ag阳性持续半年以上且血清HBV-DNA拷贝数5.0×102IU/m L血清样本共238份,测序法分析HBV前C区1896和1899位点的碱基序列。同时收集样本的相关临床资料和HBe Ag的表达情况,利用SPSS 20.0,进行Spearman相关性分析和卡方检验。结果:HBV前C区1896和1899位点均可发生突变,由碱基G变成A,且均与e抗原表达密切相关(P0.05)。G1896A和G1899A均能促进e抗原血清学转换,G1899A的转化率高于G1896A的转化率。G1899A与HBV相关疾病进展相关(相关系数0.280,P0.05),尤其是HCC的发生。结论:HBV前C区G1896A和G1899A促进HBe Ag血清学转换。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study hepatitis B virus (HBV). The relationship between the mutation of precore region 1896 and 1899 and the seroconversion of e antigen and the progression of the disease. Methods: HBs was collected. The positive rate of Ag was more than half a year and the copy number of serum HBV-DNA was 5.0 脳 10 ~ (2) IUP / mL serum samples of 238 samples. The nucleotide sequences of 1896 and 1899 loci in preC region of HBV were analyzed by sequencing. The clinical data and the expression of HBe Ag were collected, and SPSS 20.0 was used. The results of Spearman correlation analysis and chi-square test showed that 1896 and 1899 sites in the precore region of Spearman could be mutated from base G to A. All of them were closely related to the expression of e antigen. P0.05A. G1896A and G1899A could promote the serological transformation of e antigen. The conversion rate of G1899A was higher than that of G1896A. G1899A was correlated with the progression of HBV related diseases (correlation coefficient was 0.280 P0.05). Conclusion G1896A and G1899A in the preC region of HCC promote serological transformation of HBe Ag.
