血液透析护士共情疲劳与工作投入的关系研究

【摘要】：目的调查血液透析护士共情疲劳与工作投入现况,并对共情疲劳与工作投入进行相关分析。方法采用中文版共情疲劳简短量表和中文版工作投入量表对成都市15所医院263名血液透析护士进行问卷调查。结果血液透析护士共情疲劳总分为(41.77±19.45)分,工作投入总分为(30.57±10.30)分;共情疲劳与工作投入呈显著负相关(P0.05)。结论血液透析护士的共情疲劳程度相对较低,共情疲劳越严重其工作投入水平越低。护理管理者应关注血液透析护士的职业心理健康,采取干预策略降低血液透析护士共情疲劳,以有效提高其工作投入。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the status of empathy fatigue and work involvement of hemodialysis nurses. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 263 hemodialysis nurses in 15 hospitals in Chengdu by using the Chinese version of the brief scale for empathy fatigue and the Chinese version of the work engagement scale. The total score of empathy fatigue of hemodialysis nurses was (. 41.77 卤19.45). The total score of work input was 30.57 卤10.30; There was a significant negative correlation between empathy fatigue and work involvement (P 0.05). Conclusion the degree of empathy fatigue of hemodialysis nurses is relatively low. Nursing managers should pay attention to the occupational mental health of hemodialysis nurses and take intervention strategies to reduce empathy fatigue of hemodialysis nurses in order to increase their work involvement effectively.
