【摘要】:目的评估新入职护士寻求帮助能力存在的问题并进行培训,观察培训效果。方法选取某医院28个科室入职30~60 d的40名护士作为研究对象,对新入职护士采取自行制订的寻求帮助能力实地观察表进行评估,评估内容包括寻求帮助的意识、寻求帮助时机,求助对象、求助时问题描述、求助过程中对患者的解释共5个维度,根据存在问题制订系统化的培训课程,并采取多样化的教学方法实施规范培训,评估培训效果,针对第1次培训后合格率不高的项目进行第2次培训和临床督导。结果 2次培训后,40名新入职护士寻求帮助能力考核全部合格。结论新入职护士寻求帮助能力的整体水平不高,系统、规范的培训能有效提高新入职护士的正确寻求帮助的能力。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the problems existing in the new nurses' ability to seek help and to observe the effect of the training. Methods 40 nurses from 28 departments of a hospital were selected for 3060 days. To evaluate the new nurse's self-made field observation form of ability to seek help, including the consciousness of seeking help, the time of seeking help, the object of help, and the description of the problem of seeking help. In the process of seeking help, the patients were explained in five dimensions. According to the existing problems, a systematic training course was developed, and standardized training was carried out with a variety of teaching methods, and the training effect was evaluated. The second training and clinical supervision were carried out for the items with low qualification rate after the first training. Conclusion the overall level of new nurses' ability to seek help is not high and systematic. Standardized training can effectively improve the ability of new nurses to seek help correctly.
