JC社区卫生服务中心护士职业紧张与焦虑状态的改善策略研究

【摘要】：职业紧张是21世纪全球最重要的公共卫生问题之一。随着改革开放,我国社会经济迅速发展,社会组织结构的不断变革,社会竞争日趋激烈,就业问题、工作压力及失业危机等因素,导致职业人群所感知的职业紧张日益加剧。与一般人群及其它职业相比较,医务人员的职业紧张程度较高,护士作为医务人员群体的重要组成部分,已成为职业紧张的高发人群之一。职业紧张是当工作要求与职业人员的能力、资源失衡,或其需求不能满足时,发生的有害的生理与心理反应,过度的职业紧张会导致焦虑状态、抑郁倾向、工作能力下降、工作效率低下等状况。本研究以JC社区卫生服务中心的护士为研究对象,采用工作内容问卷(JCQ)与付出-回报失衡问卷(ERI)、焦虑量表(SAS)对护士职业紧张程度、焦虑状态进行调查分析,结果显示JC社区卫生服务中心护士的职业紧张水平JCQ指数及ERI指数的平均值都大于1,大部分护士职业紧张水平高,年龄、编制情况、工作岗位、收入水平是影响护士职业紧张程度的重要因素,并且职业紧张程度与焦虑状态密切相关,根据研究结果,结合JC社区卫生服务中心的具体情况,从单位组织和个体水平2个层面提出了多项针对护士职业紧张和焦虑状态的改善策略。
[Abstract]:Occupational stress is one of the most important public health problems in the world in 21th century. With the reform and opening up, the rapid development of China's social economy, the continuous changes in the social organization structure, the increasingly fierce social competition, employment problems. The occupational stress and unemployment crisis caused the occupational stress to become more and more serious. Compared with the general population and other occupations, the occupational stress of the medical staff is higher. As an important part of the medical staff group, nurses have become one of the high incidence of occupational stress. Occupational stress is when the job requirements and professional ability, resource imbalance, or their needs can not be met. Harmful physical and psychological reactions, excessive occupational stress can lead to anxiety, depression, and reduced ability to work. This study used JC community health service center nurses as the research object, using JCQs and ERI). The anxiety scale (SAS) was used to investigate and analyze the occupational stress and anxiety state of nurses. The results showed that the average of occupational stress level JCQ index and ERI index of nurses in JC community health service center were higher than 1. Most nurses had high level of occupational stress, age, establishment and job. Income level is an important factor affecting the occupational stress of nurses, and the degree of occupational stress is closely related to anxiety. According to the results of the study, combined with the specific situation of JC community health service center. Several strategies for improving nurses' occupational stress and anxiety were put forward from two aspects of unit organization and individual level.
