团队培训模式在护理安全管理中的应用

【摘要】:总结了在护理安全管理中应用"团队培训模式"的经验。①培训"团队培训模式"护理骨干,运用模拟教学的方式进行跨部门、跨学科的案例演练;②护理骨干负责科室护理人员的演练,并作为科室的观察员,观察"团队培训模式"实际应用情况;③构建团队结构并掌握4项重要技能(沟通、领导、监控和互助);④将"团队培训模式"应用于护理安全管理中。经过1年的实践,护理团队的团队协作、安全氛围、管理感知、压力感知、工作满意度5个维度差异有统计学意义(P0.05),护理不良事件发生率下降了31.3%。团队培训模式可提升护理人员的知识、态度、执行力,降低护理不良事件的发生,切实保障患者的安全。
[Abstract]:The experience of applying "team training mode" in nursing safety management.1 training the nursing backbone of "team training mode", and using the method of simulated teaching to carry out cross-departmental training. As an observer of the department, we observed the practical application of the "team training model" and set up a team structure and mastered four important skills (communication, leadership, etc.). Monitoring and mutual assistance "team training model" is applied to nursing safety management. After one year of practice, nursing team team cooperation, safety atmosphere, management perception, stress perception, There were significant differences in five dimensions of job satisfaction (P 0.05), and the incidence of adverse events in nursing decreased by 31.3.The mode of team training could enhance the knowledge, attitude, execution ability of nurses, reduce the occurrence of adverse events and ensure the safety of patients.
