【摘要】：正患者女,13岁。因发现左乳房包块1月入院。入院前1月,患者无意中发现左侧乳房有约鸡蛋大小包块,无疼痛发热红肿破溃,无乳头溢液。查体:左右乳房不对称,左侧乳房可见8cm×7cm包块,质地较柔韧,边界清楚,活动度较好,轻微压痛,乳头无凹陷、无橘皮样改变、无分泌物。肿瘤标志物示糖类抗原19-9CA199 71.61 U/ml,胸片未见异常,钼靶检
[Abstract]:The patient was 13 years old. She was admitted to hospital on January because of the discovery of the left breast mass. On January before admission, the patient inadvertently found that the left breast had an egg size mass, no pain, fever, redness, and no nipple discharge. The left breast showed 8 cm 脳 7 cm mass with flexible texture, clear boundary, good mobility, slight tenderness, no indentation in nipple, no change in orange peel, no secretion. Tumor markers showed carbohydrate antigen 19-9CA19971.61 U / ml, no abnormality in chest radiographs, molybdenum target examination.
