阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合症患者脑功能网络中心度改变的初步研究

【摘要】:目的 利用网络中心度(DC)方法探讨阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合症(OSAHS)患者在静息状态下脑功能网络连接属性的改变。方法 选择男性重度OSAHS患者36例及同期招募的年龄、教育程度相匹配的男性正常睡眠者(对照组)40例,采集静息状态下的脑部f MRI数据,经预处理和后处理计算出全脑DC值图,采用双样本t检验比较病例组与对照组间DC值分布图的差异。结果 与对照组相比,OSAHS组DC值减低的脑区主要分布在左侧枕中回、左侧额上回、双侧顶下小叶及后扣带回皮层;而DC值增高的脑区主要分布于豆状核及壳核。结论OSAHS患者脑功能网络连接属性上存在改变,可表现为多个脑区度中心性功能连接减低或增高,这可能为理解OSAHS患者认知功能障碍的神经病理机制提供一个新的视角。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the changes of brain functional network connection properties in patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS) under resting state by means of network-centered DC.Methods 36 male patients with severe OSAHS and the age of recruitment at the same time were selected. Normal sleep subjects with matched educational level (control group, 40 cases) collected brain f MRI data under resting state, and calculated the whole brain DC value after pretreatment and postprocessing. Results compared with the control group, the distribution of DC value in the OSAHS group was mainly located in the left middle occipital gyrus, the left superior frontal gyrus, the bilateral inferior parietal lobule and the posterior cingulate cortex. The increased DC values were mainly located in the lenticular nucleus and putamen nucleus. Conclusion there are some changes in the properties of cerebral functional network connection in patients with OSAHS, which may be characterized by decreased or increased central functional connections in multiple brain regions. This may provide a new perspective for understanding the neuropathological mechanism of cognitive dysfunction in patients with OSAHS.
