徒手淋巴引流预防乳腺癌术后腋网综合征的效果

【摘要】：目的探讨徒手淋巴引流对预防乳腺癌术后腋网综合征的效果。方法 2015年6月至12月,乳腺癌改良根治术后患者400例随机分为对照组(n=200)和实验组(n=200)。对照组行常规患侧上肢功能锻炼和健康教育,实验组在此基础上行徒手淋巴引流。术后30 d、60 d和90 d,比较两组患者腋网综合征发生情况。结果实验组各时间点腋网综合征发生率低于对照组(χ26.17,P0.05)。结论术后结合徒手淋巴引流能有效预防乳腺癌患者改良根治术后腋网综合征的发生。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of free hand lymphatic drainage on the prevention of axillary reticulum syndrome after breast cancer operation. Methods from June 2015 to December, After modified radical mastectomy, 400 patients were randomly divided into control group (n = 200) and experimental group (n = 200). The control group received routine upper limb exercise and health education. The results showed that the incidence of axillary reticulum syndrome in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group at each time point (蠂 26.17 P 0.05). Conclusion the incidence of axillary reticulum syndrome in the experimental group is lower than that in the control group (蠂 26.17 P 0.05). Conclusion the incidence of axillary reticulum syndrome in the experimental group is lower than that in the control group. Hand lymphatic drainage can effectively prevent the occurrence of axillary reticulum syndrome after modified radical mastectomy in patients with breast cancer.
