肥胖儿童血清脂肪因子水平检测及其与血管内皮损伤的相关性研究

【摘要】:目的研究肥胖儿童血清脂肪因子瘦素(Leptin)、抵抗素(Resistin)、内脂素(Visfatin)的水平及其与血管内皮损伤的相关性。方法选取2013年5月至2015年10月期间该院就诊的80例单纯性肥胖儿童纳入肥胖组,并选取同一时间段内该院体检的80例健康儿童作为对照组,测定血清脂肪因子Leptin、Resistin、Visfatin水平及外周血内皮祖细胞(EPC)比例、内皮微颗粒(EMP)数目,分析血清脂肪因子水平与外周血EPC比例、EMP数目的相关性。结果肥胖组儿童的血清Leptin、Resistin、Visfatin水平及外周血EMP数目显著高于对照组,外周血EPC比例显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);不同肥胖程度的肥胖儿童中,肥胖程度越重,血清Leptin、Resistin、Visfatin水平及外周血EMP数目越高,外周血EPC比例越低;Spearman相关性分析显示,血清Leptin、Resistin、Visfatin水平与外周血EPC比例呈负相关,而与外周血EMP水平呈正相关。结论肥胖儿童血清中脂肪因子Leptin、Resistin、Visfatin水平升高是造成血管内皮损伤的重要环节。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the serum levels of leptin, resistin resistinin and visfatin in obese children and their correlation with vascular endothelial injury. Methods 80 simple obese children from May 2013 to October 2015 were included in the obese group. At the same time, 80 healthy children were selected as control group. The levels of serum lipid factor Leptinine resistitin Visfatin, the proportion of endothelial progenitor cells (EPC) and the number of EMPs in peripheral blood were measured. Results the level of serum leptin resistitin visfatin and the number of peripheral blood EMP in obese children were significantly higher than those in control group, and the proportion of EPC in peripheral blood was significantly lower than that in control group. The higher the obese degree, the higher the level of serum Leptin resistitin visfatin and the number of EMP in peripheral blood, and the lower the proportion of EPC in peripheral blood. Serum Leptin resistitin Visfatin level was negatively correlated with peripheral blood EPC ratio, but positively correlated with peripheral blood EMP level. Conclusion the increase of serum lipid factor Leptin resistitin Visfatin level is an important link of vascular endothelial injury in obese children.
