单纯依赖超声心动图引导并监测动脉导管未闭经皮介入治疗的应用

【摘要】：目的探讨单纯采用超声心动图引导并监测动脉导管未闭(PDA)经皮介入治疗的经验及方法,及其可行性与有效性。方法选取在我院就诊的单纯PDA患者84例,所有患者均行经胸超声心动图(TTE)引导下经皮行PDA封堵术,术后多次超声心动图随诊。结果所有患者均在超声心动图引导下完成经皮PDA封堵术,顺利出院。平均随访3.6个月,均无残余分流及严重并发症。结论 TTE引导下经皮动脉导管未闭封堵术避免放射及开胸损伤,可以安全、有效地治疗PDA,具有较好的可行性。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the experience, feasibility and effectiveness of percutaneous interventional treatment of patent ductus arteriosus (PDA) guided by echocardiography alone. Methods 84 patients with PDA were selected in our hospital. All patients were treated with transthoracic echocardiography (TTE) -guided percutaneous transcatheter closure (PDA) and followed up by echocardiography many times after operation. Results all patients underwent percutaneous PDA closure under echocardiographic guidance and were discharged smoothly. The average follow-up was 3.6 months. Conclusion the percutaneous patent ductus arteriosus closure under the guidance of TTE can avoid radiation and thoracotomy injury and be safe and effective in the treatment of PDA.Conclusion it is safe and effective to treat PDA-induced patent ductus arteriosus under the guidance of TTE.
