定量CT与MR mDixon-quant测量肝脏脂肪含量的相关性研究

【摘要】:目的:比较、分析定量CT(QCT)和MR mDixon-quant对健康人群肝脏脂肪含量测量结果的一致性和相关性。方法:对21位男性和32位女性健康社区居民进行腹部QCT和MR mDixon-quant扫描,QCT分别采用标准计算公式(测量结果记为Fat%QI)和校正后的计算公式(测量结果记为Fat%QR)测量肝脏脂肪含量,并采用MR mDixon-quant测量肝脏脂肪分数(测量结果记为Fat%mD)。比较男、女两组之间的肝脏脂肪含量的测量结果有无差异,比较总体样本QCT与MR mDixon-quant测量结果之间的一致性,并计算相关性系数。结果:QCT及MR mDixon-quant的测量结果均显示,男性与女性的肝脏脂肪含量差异均无统计学意义(P值均0.05)。总体样本的Fat%QI和Fat%QR分别为(-0.09%±4.88%)和(8.66%±4.41%),Fat%QI显著低于Fat%mD(P0.01),平均差值为(-6.42%±2.44%),而Fat%QR显著高于Fat%mD(P0.01),平均差值为(2.33%±2.36%)。Fat%QI、Fat%mD的相关程度(r=0.708,P0.01)与Fat%QR、Fat%mD的相关程度(r=0.707,P0.01)近似。结论:与MR mDixon-quant的测量结果相比,使用重新校正的计算公式的QCT能够准确测量中国健康人群的肝脏脂肪含量。
[Abstract]:Objective: to compare, To analyze the consistency and correlation between quantitative CTT and Mr mDixon-quant in measuring liver fat content in healthy people. Methods: 21 male and 32 female healthy community residents were performed abdominal QCT and Mr mDixon-quant scanning QCT with standard calculation, respectively. The formula (the measured result is FatQI) and the corrected formula (the measured result is Fatkyam QR) to measure the fat content of the liver, Mr mDixon-quant was used to measure hepatic fat fraction (the result was recorded as Fatma DX). The difference of liver fat content between male and female groups was compared, and the consistency between QCT and Mr mDixon-quant was compared between the two groups. The correlation coefficient was calculated. Results both the measurement results of QCT and Mr mDixon-quant showed that, There was no significant difference in liver fat content between male and female. The Fat%QI and Fat%QR of the total sample were -0.09% 卤4.88g) and 8.66% 卤4.41% respectively. The average difference was -6.42% 卤2.44%, and the average difference was -6.42% 卤2.44%.
