Freesurfer与VBM测量海马体积的一致性

【摘要】:目的通过比较Freesurfer和基于体素的形态学测量软件(VBM8)分别与手动测量海马体积的相关性和一致性,探讨能够代替手动分割海马体积及脑部结构的自动测量方法。资料与方法分别收集青年(20~40岁)受试者67例、老年(60~80岁)受试者75例,全脑MRI扫描后分别使用手动分割、导入Freesurfer和VBM8中获得海马体积,应用Pearson相关分析和组内相关系数(ICC)分别统计Freesurfer和VBM与手动测量的相关性,用Bland-Altman散点图分析一致性。结果 Freesurfer、VBM与手动测量的相关性较高,青年组Freesurfer和VBM左右两侧r值分别为0.633、0.679和0.666、0.703,老年组r值分别为0.627、0.765和0.663、0.708;而ICC有明显差异,Freesurfer测得青年组(ICC=0.377、0.502)老年组(ICC=0.307、0.459);但总体上ICC_(VBM)ICC_(Freesurfer),右侧海马体积左侧。由Bland-Altman散点图显示VBM与手动测量的一致性高于Freesurfer。结论 Freesurfer可局限性地用于青年受试海马体积测量;而VBM较Freesurfer可更准确地代替手动分割以测量成人海马体积,可应用于海马相关临床疾病或实验所需要的体积测量。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the correlation and consistency between Freesurfer and VBM8, a morphometric software based on voxel, and to measure hippocampal volume manually. To explore an automatic measurement method that can replace manual segmentation of hippocampal volume and brain structure. The data and methods were collected from 67 young subjects aged 20 to 40 years and 75 elderly subjects aged 6080 years. The whole brain was divided into two groups by manual segmentation after MRI scanning. The hippocampal volume was obtained by introducing Freesurfer and VBM8. The correlation of Freesurfer and VBM with manual measurement was analyzed by Pearson correlation analysis and intragroup correlation coefficient, and the consistency was analyzed by Bland-Altman scatter plot. Results the correlation between Pearson correlation and manual measurement was higher. The r values of left and right sides of Freesurfer and VBM in the young group were 0.633n 0.679 and 0.666U 0.703, respectively, and the values of the aged group were 0.62770.65 and 0.663U 0.708, respectively, while the ICC values were 0.3770.502.There was a significant difference in ICC between the young group and the young group (0.3070.502), but on the whole, the ICCV-BMICC+ / Freesurfera and the left side of the right hippocampus. The VBM and the left side of the right hippocampus were shown by the Bland-Altman scatter plot. Conclusion Freesurfer can be used to measure hippocampal volume in young people. VBM can replace manual segmentation to measure adult hippocampal volume more accurately than Freesurfer. It can be used to measure the volume of hippocampal clinical diseases or experiments.
