跨理论模型指导的健康教育对高原基层官兵防晒行为的影响研究

【摘要】：目的探讨跨理论模型指导的健康教育对高原官兵防晒行为的影响。方法将驻地海拔为4 200 m、由我院提供卫勤保障的208例患有日光性皮炎的基层官兵,随机分为试验组和对照组各104例,试验组进行跨理论模型指导的防晒健康教育,对照组按照《军队健康教育大纲》规定的内容进行防晒健康教育。干预前后比较两组的防晒行为调查问卷得分、防晒用品使用行为改变阶段和皮肤病生活质量指标得分。结果试验组防晒行为调查问卷总分高于对照组(P0.05),防晒用品使用行为阶段改变优于对照组(P0.05),皮肤病生活质量指标得分低于对照组(P0.05)。结论跨理论模型指导的健康教育可促进高原基层官兵防晒行为的改变,是一种行之有效的健康教育方法。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the effect of health education guided by cross-theoretical model on sun protection behavior of officers and soldiers at high altitude. They were randomly divided into the experimental group (n = 104) and the control group (n = 104). The control group was given sunscreen health education according to the contents of the military Health Education syllabus. The scores of the questionnaire before and after intervention were compared between the two groups. Results the total score of the test group was higher than that of the control group (P 0.05), the change of the use behavior of the sunscreen was better than that of the control group (P 0.05), and the quality of life of skin diseases was better than that of the control group. Conclusion the health education under the guidance of cross-theoretical model can promote the change of sun protection behavior of officers and soldiers at the basic level in plateau, while the score of quantitative index is lower than that of the control group (P 0.05). It is an effective method of health education.
