肿瘤患者住院期间跌倒预防方案的制订及应用

【摘要】：目的分析2014年肿瘤患者住院期间跌倒的情况,制订跌倒预防方案,探讨运用其对肿瘤患者住院期间跌倒管理的成效。方法通过成立跌倒质量管理团队、制订肿瘤患者住院期间跌倒预防方案,对肿瘤患者住院期间跌倒的健康教育形式、跌倒风险评估流程和各部门之间的合作进行了改进。结果跌倒预防方案实施后发现,2015年肿瘤患者住院期间跌倒人数共25例,跌倒发生率为0.027‰,低于2014年的肿瘤患者住院期间跌倒人数(55例)和跌倒发生率(0.065‰),差异具有统计学意义(χ~2=15.195,P0.001)。结论通过制订并实施肿瘤患者住院期间跌倒预防方案,有效降低了肿瘤患者住院期间的跌倒发生率,保障了患者安全。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the situation of fall during hospitalization of tumor patients in 2014, to establish a fall prevention scheme, and to explore the effectiveness of fall management in cancer patients during hospitalization. Methods A fall quality management team was set up.
