【摘要】：正目前,电外科设备、激光及超声等工具因具有快速止血、出血少、可防止细菌感染、患者术后恢复好等优点,在手术中广泛运用。但电外科设备、激光高温烧灼组织所产生的烟雾给手术室工作人员的健康带来了危害。手术烟雾中的有害物质不但能引起工作人员头痛、头晕、恶心、呕吐、上呼吸道刺激,长期接触还可对机体造成持续性的危害(致癌、致畸、生育力下降等)。因手术烟雾没有典型的快速致病效应,其危害常常被忽视,本文就其成分、危害以及防
