弱激光照射治疗急慢性疼痛的疗效观察

【摘要】：目的:观察弱激光照射治疗对于急慢性疼痛患者的疗效。方法:选取我院2015年2月至2016年3月门急诊215例急慢性疼痛患者,应用波长660nm、能量密度4J/cm2的氦氖弱激光对患者痛点、相应神经节进行照射治疗,2次/天,每次20min,10天为一个疗程,治疗前和治疗后1、2、4、8周分别采用目测类比评分法评价患者疼痛变化,并以治疗前和治疗后8周的疼痛程度差值评价疗效(显效:VAS差值6;有效:VAS差值3,"f6;无效:VAS差值"f3)。结果:所有的研究病例中,治疗前和治疗后目测类比评分显示,弱激光照射治疗能有效治疗临床常见急慢性疼痛,其中膝骨关节炎、肩周炎、肱骨外上髁炎、急性腰扭伤等急慢性软组织损伤对于弱激光照射效果较好,而对神经源性疼痛效果相对较差;所有患者在经过弱激光照射治疗后,总显效达87例,占40.47%,有效者99例,占46.04%,无效例数为29例,占13.49%,其总有效率为86.51%。结论:弱激光照射治疗能有效缓解急慢性疼痛患者疼痛症状,对于软组织损伤性尤为显著,对于神经性疼痛效果较差。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the effect of weak laser irradiation on acute and chronic pain patients.Methods: 215 patients with acute and chronic pain were selected from February 2015 to March 2016 in our hospital. He-Ne weak laser with wavelength of 660 nm and energy density of 4J/cm2 was used to treat the pain points of the patients. The corresponding ganglion was irradiated twice a day for 20 minutes and 10 days as a course of treatment.Results: the visual analogue scores before and after treatment showed that low laser irradiation was effective in the treatment of common acute and chronic pain, including knee osteoarthritis, periarthritis of shoulder, lateral epicondylitis of humerus, etc.Acute and chronic soft tissue injury, such as acute lumbar sprain, had a better effect on weak laser irradiation, but a relatively poor effect on neurogenic pain. After treatment with weak laser irradiation, 87 cases (40.47%) were significantly effective, 99 cases were effective.The total effective rate was 86.51.Conclusion: the treatment of weak laser irradiation can effectively relieve the pain symptoms of patients with acute and chronic pain, especially for soft tissue injury.
