基于虚拟驾驶体验的康复训练与评估系统

【摘要】:近年来,由于社会老龄化加剧,因脑卒中偏瘫带来肢体功能障碍的患者数量不断增加,这不仅增加了社会的负担,而且影响了患者的正常生活。使用机器人进行康复训练,能满足患者康复训练的基本要求,减少医生的工作量,但训练过程枯燥乏味。由于虚拟现实技术具有多感知、沉浸感和交互性等优点,因而将虚拟现实技术应用到康复训练中,能够使训练更加有趣,增加患者康复治疗的主动性。本课题针对项目组自行研发设计的上肢康复训练平台设计了基于虚拟驾驶体验的康复训练与评估系统,主要有如下几方面的工作:(1)设计以训练动作为导向的虚拟环境针对脑卒中患者的肢体运动功能障碍问题,设计基于虚拟驾驶体验的多个训练任务。根据康复训练的需求,设计多模式的虚拟环境训练任务。为了更大地适应患者的训练需求,研究一种动态配置以动作为导向的虚拟金币的方法。(2)研究康复训练的数据采集与处理康复训练数据采集是康复训练中的重要内容,是康复评估的基础。针对康复训练数据采集的需求,对训练装置的运动性能进行分析,确定康复训练中需要采集的数据种类,对数据采集的方案进行设计。研究角度数据的采集方案及具体实现,并对数据进行处理。最后研究虚拟场景中碰撞信息的采集方法,分析拾取金币过程中的碰撞检测,最后在Unity3D虚拟环境中实现碰撞检测。角度数据、虚拟交通工具的运动轨迹及金币的碰撞信息可以作为后续的康复评估的数据来源。(3)研究康复训练效果的评价模型对患者康复效果进行评价是康复训练过程中的一个重要环节。根据康复医学理论,构建康复训练的评价指标体系。利用层次分析法确定康复训练的评估模型。在执行虚拟训练任务的过程中,将训练机构采集到的训练数据进行分析计算,得出该评价体系中的各指标值,利用评估模型综合各个评价指标对患者的训练效果进行综合评估,评估的结果作为制定下一步康复计划的依据。
[Abstract]:In recent years, due to the aggravation of social aging, the number of patients with limb dysfunction caused by stroke hemiplegia is increasing, which not only increases the burden of society, but also affects the normal life of patients.Robot rehabilitation training can meet the basic requirements of patients' rehabilitation training, reduce the workload of doctors, but the training process is boring.Because virtual reality technology has the advantages of multi-perception, immersion and interaction, the application of virtual reality technology to rehabilitation training can make the training more interesting and increase the initiative of rehabilitation treatment of patients.A rehabilitation training and evaluation system based on virtual driving experience is designed for the upper limb rehabilitation training platform developed by the project team.The main work is as follows: 1) designing a virtual environment based on training action to solve the problem of limb motor dysfunction in stroke patients and designing several training tasks based on virtual driving experience.According to the needs of rehabilitation training, a multi-mode virtual environment training task is designed.In order to better meet the training needs of patients, a method of dynamic configuration of virtual gold coins based on movement is studied. The research on data acquisition and processing of rehabilitation training is an important part of rehabilitation training.It is the basis of rehabilitation evaluation.According to the demand of data acquisition in rehabilitation training, this paper analyzes the movement performance of the training device, determines the types of data to be collected in rehabilitation training, and designs the scheme of data acquisition.Research angle data collection scheme and specific implementation, and data processing.Finally, the method of collecting collision information in virtual scene is studied, and the collision detection in the process of picking up gold coins is analyzed. Finally, collision detection is realized in Unity3D virtual environment.Angle data,The motion track of virtual vehicle and the collision information of gold coins can be used as the data source of the subsequent rehabilitation evaluation. The research on the evaluation model of rehabilitation training effect is an important link in the process of rehabilitation training.According to the theory of rehabilitation medicine, the evaluation index system of rehabilitation training is constructed.The evaluation model of rehabilitation training was determined by analytic hierarchy process (AHP).In the course of carrying out the virtual training task, the training data collected by the training institution are analyzed and calculated, the index values in the evaluation system are obtained, and the evaluation model is used to synthesize each evaluation index to comprehensively evaluate the training effect of the patients.The results of the evaluation serve as a basis for formulating a rehabilitation plan for the next step.
