O新等位基因与B抗原弱表达的研究

【摘要】：目的对检测中遇到的1例ABO正反定型不符的献血者标本进行血清学和分子生物学鉴定并对其机制进行分析。方法常规血清学检测;PCR扩增直接测序和克隆测序分析其单体型。结果血清学结果为B弱;直接测序和克隆测序结果为O01/O05,O01 IVS6-25 AG突变。结论第一次证实了O等位基因血清学可以表现为B型,对其机制仍需深入研究。
[Abstract]:Objective to identify and analyze the mechanism of serological and molecular biological identification of a blood donor whose ABO was not positive or negative.Methods the haplotypes were directly sequenced by PCR and cloned by routine serological analysis.Results the serological results were B weak, and the direct sequencing and cloning sequencing showed that O01 / O05O01 IVS6-25 AG mutation.Conclusion the O allele serology can be shown as B type for the first time, and the mechanism of O allele still needs to be further studied.
