大学生肺结核患者患病体验的研究

【摘要】:目的:通过对化疗期间高校大学生肺结核患者的访谈,深入了解高校大学生患肺结核患者患病的感受,探讨此种慢性疾病对大学生生活、学习以及面对工作的影响,为制定高校大学生肺结核患者的心理干预措施提供有利理论依据。方法:通过描述现象学研究方法,采用目的抽样的方法,得到受访者的知情同意后,对12名化疗期间高校大学生肺结核患者进行半结构化深入访谈,整个访谈过程录音,访谈内容采用Colaizzi分析方法进行分析。结果:大学生肺结核患者患病体验可以归纳为五个主题:1主题1-内心脆弱1.1对疾病恐惧1.2觉得倒霉1.3对父母愧疚2主题2-对他人不信任2.1敏感多疑2.2隐瞒病情3主题3-对未来的担忧3.1对未来生活担忧3.2对未来工作担忧3.3对疾病复发担忧3.4对疾病传染性担忧4主题4-自信受挫4.1排斥同情4.2纠结4.3过分在意他人看法5主题5-注重自我5.1注重养生5.2改变生活目标5.3关注自我感受讨论:患有肺结核的大学生受疾病影响会产生很多不利于成长的心理感受,详细了解其心理感受,可以将这部分学生健康成长的疾病知识需求提供给学校,学校有针对性的进行此类知识的学习或宣教,协助学生健康成长。详细了解其心理感受,学校可以帮助其周围同学以正确的方式对待这部分同学,让其参加正常的学校社交活动,保证这部分学生心理、生理健康,树立健康的人生观、价值观,防止其产生不利于学习成长的心理感受。化疗期间大学生肺结核患者心理感受受时间长、心理压力大、相关知识缺乏等影响,医务人员应加强对这类人群的健康宣教,将更多的疾病相关知识告知他们。由于这类人群对知识的接受能力强,在院外治疗复诊期间,医务人员分阶段的将疾病的相关知识介绍详细,帮助其以健康积极的心态面对学习和生活。学校应提起对此病健康知识的宣教,在防止在校学生感染肺结核的同时,减少健康人群对曾患有肺结核人群的歧视,帮助其建立健康有序的学习生活状态。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the effects of the chronic disease on college students' life, study and face to work through interviews with college students' tuberculosis patients during chemotherapy, so as to understand the feeling of college students suffering from pulmonary tuberculosis, and to explore the influence of this chronic disease on college students' life, study and work. To provide a favorable theoretical basis for the establishment of psychological intervention measures for college students with pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods: by describing the phenomenological research method and using the method of objective sampling, 12 college students with pulmonary tuberculosis during chemotherapy were interviewed with semi-structured and in-depth interviews after obtaining the informed consent of the interviewees, and the whole interview process was recorded. The interview content was analyzed by Colaizzi analysis method. Results: the prevalence experience of college students with pulmonary tuberculosis can be summed up into five themes: 1, topic 1-vulnerability 1.1 fear of illness 1.2, feeling unlucky 1.3 guilty of parents 2-2-distrust 2.1 sensitive paranoia 2.2 concealment of illness 3 Theme 3-worry about the future 3.1 worry about future life worry about future work worry about disease relapse 3.4 worry about disease contagion 4-Self-confidence frustration 4.1 rejection sympathy 4.2 tangle 4.3 overly caring about others 5 themes 5- pay attention to self 5.1, pay attention to health 5.2 change life goal 5.3 focus on self-feeling discussion: college students suffering from tuberculosis will have a lot of psychological feelings that are not conducive to growth. To understand their psychological feelings in detail, we can provide the students with the need of disease knowledge for their healthy growth. The school can carry out the study or education of this kind of knowledge in order to help the students grow up healthily. To understand their psychological feelings in detail, the school can help the students around them to treat this group of students in the right way, let them participate in normal school social activities, ensure that these students are psychologically and physically healthy, and establish a healthy outlook on life and values. Prevent it from producing psychological feelings that are not conducive to learning and growth. During chemotherapy, the psychological feelings of college students with pulmonary tuberculosis were affected by long time, great psychological pressure and lack of relevant knowledge. The medical staff should strengthen the health education of this kind of people, and inform them more about the disease. Because of this kind of people's strong ability to accept knowledge, during the period of outside hospital treatment, the medical staff introduce the relevant knowledge of the disease in stages, and help them to face the study and life with a healthy and positive attitude. In order to prevent the students from contracting pulmonary tuberculosis, to reduce the discrimination of the healthy people against the former, and to help them to establish a healthy and orderly learning and living state.
