护理干预对肝癌介入术后患者并发症及生活质量的影响

【摘要】：目的探究护理干预对肝癌介入术后患者并发症及生活质量的影响。方法选择2015年8月至2016年8月郑州大学第一附属医院收治的42例肝癌介入术患者,分为观察组和对照组,各21例。对照组患者采用常规护理,观察组患者采用护理干预,并且加强并发症的预防力度。治疗后,对比两组患者的治疗总有效率、并发症发生率(尿潴留、肝功能衰竭、局部出血)以及生活质量。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率(95.24%)、并发症发生率(4.76%)优于对照组的治疗总有效率(66.67%)、并发症发生率(38.10%)。观察组患者生活质量评分高于对照组(除物质生活外),差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论护理干预能够有效改善肝癌介入术后患者并发症及生活质量,值得在临床中推广和应用。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the effect of nursing intervention on complications and quality of life of patients with liver cancer after interventional operation. Methods from August 2015 to August 2016, 42 patients with liver cancer treated in the first affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University were divided into observation group and control group, 21 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing, the patients in the observation group were treated with nursing intervention, and the prevention of complications was strengthened. After treatment, the total effective rate, incidence of complications (urinary retention, liver failure, local hemorrhage) and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.24 and the incidence of complications was 4.76) which was better than that of the control group in the total effective rate of 66.67, and the complication rate was 38.1010. The quality of life score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion Nursing intervention can effectively improve the complications and quality of life of patients with liver cancer after interventional operation, which is worth popularizing and applying in clinic.
