某地区儿童手足口病的病原学特征分析

【摘要】:目的分析本地区儿童手足口病的病原学特征,为临床诊治和防控提供依据。方法随机抽取2015年1月-2016年12月临床诊断手足口病患儿316例,采集鼻咽拭子样本应用实时荧光定量RT-PCR方法检测肠道病毒通用型、柯萨奇病毒A组16型(Cox A16)和肠道病毒71型(EV71)。结果 316例鼻咽拭子样本中共检出肠道病毒164例占51.90%,Cox A16 38例占12.03%,EV71 47例占14.87%,其他肠道病毒79例占25.00%,各型检出率总体差异有统计学意义(P0.05);2015-2016年肠道病毒、Cox A16、EV71和其他肠道病毒检出率分别为47.12%、3.14%、22.51%、21.47%和59.20%、25.60%、3.20%、30.40%,除其他肠道病毒各型在年度间检出率差异均有统计学意义(P0.05);各型在性别间检出率差异均无统计学意义;手口病主要集中在1、2和3岁组,共占70.25%,肠道病毒核酸阳性也集中在1、2、和3岁组。结论监控传染源,保护易感人群,选取合适标本类型和加强其他肠道病毒分型是手足口病的诊治和防控重点工作。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the etiological characteristics of hand, foot and mouth disease (HFMD) in children in this area and to provide evidence for clinical diagnosis, treatment and prevention and control. Methods 316 cases of hand-foot-mouth disease were randomly selected from January 2015 to December 2016. Nasopharyngeal swabs were collected and detected by real-time fluorescence quantitative RT-PCR. Coxsackie virus A group 16 Cox A16) and enterovirus 71 EV71 were detected. Results 164 cases (51.90%) of Enterovirus were detected in 316 nasopharyngeal swabs samples, 164 cases (51.90%) were detected by Cox A16, 38 cases (12.03%) had EV71,47 cases (14.8775%), and 79 cases of other enterovirus viruses (25.00%). The overall detection rate of enterovirus was statistically significant (P 0.05) and Cox A16EV71 and other enteric tract viruses were detected in 2015-2016. The detectable rate of virus was 21.47% and 59.20%, respectively. There were significant differences in the detection rates of other enterovirus types among different types of enterovirus in different years (P 0.05%, P 0.05%, P 0.05%, P 0.05%, P 0.05%, P 0.05%, P 0.05%, respectively), and there was no significant difference between the two sexes in the detection rate of each type, among which there was no significant difference in the detection rate of other enterovirus types between the two sexes (P 0.05%). Hand-mouth disease was mainly concentrated in the group of 1 and 3 years old (70.25%), and the positive rate of enterovirus nucleic acid was also concentrated in the group of 1 2 years old and 3 years old group. Conclusion Surveillance of infection source, protection of susceptible population, selection of appropriate specimen types and strengthening of other enterovirus typing are the key tasks of diagnosis, treatment, prevention and control of hand, foot and mouth disease.
