临床本科护士循证护理素质的现况研究与培训内容的构建

【摘要】:目的:1.运用问卷调查法,对四所三甲医院临床本科(全日制本科和后续本科)护士循证护理实践基本素质与循证护理培训态度进行横断面调查,了解循证护理素质水平和薄弱点,为构建本科学历护理人员循证护理培训内容提供理论依据;2.采用访谈法、德尔菲法确定本科护士(全日制本科和后续本科)循证护理培训内容,为护理管理者开展系统的循证护理培训提供理论参考。方法:1.采用便利抽样法抽取山西省四所三甲医院,运用问卷调查法对860名临床本科护士循证护理实践基本素质及循证护理培训态度现状进行调查,了解本科学历护士循证护理素质基本状况与培训态度,分析循证护理素质的影响因素;2.采用半结构访谈法收集专家对于构建本科护士循证护理培训内容的建议,采用德尔菲法确定本科学历护士循证护理培训内容。结果:1.循证护理实践基本素质量表调查结果显示:临床本科护士循证护理实践基本素质整体水平较低,循证护理知识与循证护理技能掌握不足,循证护理行为较少,只有循证护理态度良好;2.多元线性回归显示:文献阅读频率、计算机水平、论文发表情况与行政职务为循证护理素质的主要影响因素;3.临床本科护士对参加循证护理培训态度良好,能够认识到循证护理对护理学科发展的重要意义,学习态度较为积极,护理管理者应抓住契机,提升护士循证护理素质;4.构建了针对本科(全日制本科和后续本科)护士的循证护理培训内容。结论:1.临床本科护士循证护理素质整体水平较低,循证护理态度良好,循证护理知识、技能的欠缺是导致护理人员循证护理实践障碍的主要原因;2.综合本科护士循证护理素质现状与专家意见,构建针对本科护士循证护理培训内容,培训内容包括循证护理理论知识与实践内容,共十章二十九小节。
[Abstract]:Purpose 1. The basic quality of evidence-based nursing practice and the attitude of evidence-based nursing training among nurses in four third Class A hospitals (full-time undergraduate and follow-up undergraduate) were investigated by means of questionnaire to understand the quality level and weakness of evidence-based nursing. To provide theoretical basis for establishing the content of evidence-based nursing training for nursing staff with undergraduate degree. By using interview method and Delphi method, the contents of evidence-based nursing training for undergraduate nurses (full-time undergraduate and follow-up undergraduate) were determined, which provided a theoretical reference for nursing managers to carry out systematic evidence-based nursing training. Method 1: 1. Four third Class A hospitals in Shanxi Province were selected by convenient sampling method. The basic quality of evidence-based nursing practice and the attitude of evidence-based nursing training among 860 clinical undergraduate nurses were investigated by questionnaire. To understand the basic status and training attitude of nursing quality of undergraduate nurses, and analyze the influencing factors of evidence-based nursing quality. The semi-structured interview method was used to collect the suggestions of experts on the construction of evidence-based nursing training content for undergraduate nurses, and Delphi method was used to determine the content of evidence-based nursing training for undergraduate nurses. The result is 1: 1. The results of investigation on the basic quality scale of evidence-based nursing practice showed that the overall level of basic quality of evidence-based nursing practice of clinical undergraduate nurses was low, the knowledge and skills of evidence-based nursing were insufficient, and the behavior of evidence-based nursing was less. Only Evidence-based nursing attitude is good. Multiple linear regression showed that reading frequency of literature, computer level, publication of papers and administrative position were the main influencing factors of Evidence-based nursing quality. Clinical undergraduate nurses have a good attitude towards taking part in evidence-based nursing training. They can realize the importance of evidence-based nursing to the development of nursing discipline, and have a positive learning attitude. Nursing administrators should seize the opportunity to improve the quality of evidence-based nursing of nurses. The content of Evidence-based nursing training for undergraduate (full-time undergraduate and subsequent undergraduate) nurses was constructed. Conclusion 1. The overall level of evidence-based nursing quality of clinical undergraduate nurses is low, and the attitude of evidence-based nursing is good. The lack of knowledge and skills of evidence-based nursing is the main reason leading to the obstacles of evidence-based nursing practice. By synthesizing the present situation and expert opinion of undergraduate nurses' evidence-based nursing quality, the training contents of evidence-based nursing for undergraduate nurses were constructed. The training contents included the theoretical knowledge and practice of evidence-based nursing, which consisted of 10 chapters and 29 sections.
