某型血细胞分离机最适校准系数的研究

【摘要】:目的通过比较不同校准系数(YSF系数)下Trima Accel型血细胞分离机采集的单采血小板Plt含量,探寻该机器在实际应用中的最适校准系数。方法选取Trima Accel型血细胞分离机,将调节不同的优化YSF系数后的机器作为3个实验组,保持原YSF系数的机器作为对照组。每台血细胞分离机完成采集110例并记录每份血小板的Plt检测值,重量,通过公式计算得出其实际血小板含量。将4组数据进行统计分析,比较不合格率与高值率,绘制正态分布曲线,选出最合适的血小板YSF系数。结果应用完全随机设计的方差分析得出使用相同YSF系数的不同机器之间的差异无统计学意义(P0.05);每一实验组与对照组的参数设置对单采血小板Plt含量有显著影响,二者相比有统计学意义(P0.05)。应用YSF系数为0.98的机器采集出的单采血小板Plt含量为(2.76±0.22)×1011/袋,不合格率为14.55%(16/110),高值率为20.00%(22/110);应用YSF系数为0.99的机器采集出的单采血小板Plt含量为(2.69±0.18)×1011/袋,不合格率为14.55%(16/110),高值率为12.73%(14/110);应用YSF系数为1.00的机器采集出的单采血小板Plt含量为(2.65±0.23)×1011/袋,不合格率为22.73%(25/110),高值率为13.64%(15/110);应用YSF系数为1.01的机器采集出的单采血小板Plt含量为(2.59±0.19)×1011/袋,不合格率为33.64%(37/110),高值率为3.64%(4/110)。再经过正态分布曲线比较后得出的最适YSF系数为0.99。结论 Trima Accel型血细胞分离机在YSF系数为0.99时,离散程度最小,合格率符合国家标准,高值率处于最佳水平,可优化血小板的采集过程,提高血小板单采的综合质量。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the PLT content of blood platelets collected by Trima Accel blood cell separator under different calibration coefficients (YSF) and to find out the optimal calibration coefficient of the machine in practical application. Methods Trima Accel blood cell separator was selected. The machine after adjusting different optimized YSF coefficients was used as three experimental groups, and the machine maintaining the original YSF coefficient as the control group. Each blood cell separator collected 110 cases and recorded the PLT detection value and weight of each platelet. The actual platelet content was calculated by formula. The four groups of data were statistically analyzed, the unqualified rate and the high value rate were compared, the normal distribution curve was drawn, and the most suitable platelet YSF coefficient was selected. Results the variance analysis of complete random design showed that there was no significant difference between different machines with the same YSF coefficient, and the parameters of each experimental group and control group had a significant effect on platelet Plt content. There was significant difference between the two groups (P 0.05). The PLT content of platelets collected by a machine with YSF coefficient of 0.98 was 2.76 卤0.22) 脳 1011 / bag, the unqualified rate was 14.55 / 10 / 10 and the high value was 20.00% 22 / 110 / bag, and the Plt content of platelets collected by the machine with 0.99 coefficient of YSF was 2.69 卤0.18 脳 1011 / bag. The failure rate was 33.64 / 110, and the high value was 3.64 / 110. The optimum YSF coefficient is 0.99 after the comparison of normal distribution curves. Conclusion when the coefficient of YSF is 0.99, Trima Accel blood cell separator has the lowest degree of dispersion, the qualified rate is in line with the national standard, and the high value rate is at the best level, which can optimize the process of platelet collection and improve the comprehensive quality of platelet collection.
