【摘要】：正帕金森病是一种常见的中老年人神经系统变性疾病,临床表现以运动症状为主要特征。近年来,帕金森病非运动症状逐渐受到人们的关注。体位性低血压(orthostatic hypotention,OH)也称为姿势性低血压(postural hypotension,PH),是帕金森病患者常见的非运动症状,它既是疾病本身的表现,也可以在抗帕金森病药物治疗过程中出现。OH是指从卧位转为立位3 min以内,收缩压下降≥20 mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 k Pa)
