【摘要】：正1病人资料病人,女,42岁,2016年12月7日因上腹部撞击伤,在当地医院查腹部CT考虑消化道穿孔,急诊行剖腹探查,术中见十二指肠2、3段交界处破裂(2/3周径),胰头部挫伤,予行"十二指肠破裂修补、胃十二指肠离断、胃空肠毕Ⅱ式吻合、胆囊置管造口术"。术后第4天,病人腹部切口处有脓液流出,给予纱条引流,效果差,腹腔感染难以控制,遂予以切口敞开换药。术后第7天,病人腹腔引流管有肠液
