谵妄护理方案在ICU老年患者中的应用观察

【摘要】：目的探讨谵妄护理方案在ICU老年患者中的应用效果。方法选取2013年3月~2016年2月我院ICU收取的老年重症患者126例,并按照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=63)和观察组(n=63)。对照组行常规护理,观察组在此基础上加强谵妄护理方案,对比两组的护理效果。结果 (1)观察组谵妄发生率为11.1%,显著低于对照组的25.4%(P0.05);(2)观察组ICU住院时间显著地短于对照组(P0.055);两组护理前后APACHE Ⅱ评分相比,差异无统计学意义(P0.05);(3)观察组家属满意度为98.4%,显著高于对照组的85.7%(P0.05)。结论在ICU老年患者中,实施谵妄护理方案可降低谵妄发生概率、缩短住院时间、提高护理满意程度。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the effect of delirium nursing program in elderly patients in ICU. Methods 126 elderly patients in ICU from March 2013 to February 2016 were randomly divided into two groups: control group (n = 63) and observation group (n = 63).
