癌症患者主要照顾者成人依恋、社会支持与心理困扰的关系

【摘要】：目的:探讨癌症患者主要照顾者的心理困扰及其与成人依恋、社会支持的关系。方法:在安徽省某三甲医院肿瘤内科和乳腺外科就诊的癌症患者,取样主要照顾者208份。采用简易心理困扰状况评定量表(K10)、亲密关系经历量表(ECR)、社会支持评定量表(SSQ)分别测量主要照顾者的心理困扰、成人依恋及社会支持水平。结果:样本K10总分为(21.5±7.5)分,多元线性回归分析结果显示,照顾者性别、在病人治疗花费方面的压力、依恋焦虑对心理困扰有正向预测作用(β=2.30、3.02、0.13),居住地对心理困扰有负向预测作用(β=-3.22)。结论:癌症患者主要照顾者心理困扰与依恋焦虑及社会支持水平相关。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the relationship between psychological distress and adult attachment and social support in cancer patients. Methods: 208 primary caretakers were collected from cancer patients in Department of Oncology and Breast surgery in a third Class A Hospital in Anhui Province. The psychological distress, adult attachment and social support of the main caregivers were measured by the simple Mental distress rating scale (K10), the intimate relationship experience scale (ECR) and the Social support rating scale (SSQ). Results: the total score of K10 in the sample was (21.5 卤7.5). The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that the sex of the carer, the stress of the patient's treatment cost, attachment anxiety had a positive predictive effect on psychological distress (尾 2.303.02 卤0.13), and the place of residence had a negative predictive effect on psychological distress (尾 -3.22). Conclusion: the psychological distress of cancer patients is related to attachment anxiety and social support level.
