美宝湿润烧伤膏油纱在寻常型天疱疮创面护理中的效果

【摘要】：目的研究美宝湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)油纱在寻常型天疱疮创面护理中的效果。方法将40例寻常型天疱疮患者分成观察组和对照组,每组20例,观察组的创面使用MEBO油纱外敷,对照组给予红外线持续照射,观察两组患者14 d创面愈合有效率。结果观察组患者14 d创面愈合有效率为82.62%,对照组患者14 d创面愈合有效率56.71%,观察组创面愈合有效率优于对照组(醊2=37.20,P0.01);观察组平均住院时间(23.3±8.9)d少于对照组(33.9±13.6)d,差异有统计学意义(P0.01)。结论 MEBO油纱外敷可以缩短寻常型天疱疮患者创面愈合时间,提高创面愈合有效率,缩短平均住院时间。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the effect of MEBO gauze on wound nursing of pemphigus vulgaris. Methods 40 patients with pemphigus vulgaris were divided into observation group and control group with 20 cases in each group. The wounds in the observation group were treated with MEBO gauze external application, and the control group was continuously irradiated with infrared ray. The effective rate of wound healing in the two groups was observed for 14 days. Results the effective rate of wound healing was 82.62 in the observation group and 56.71 in the control group. The effective rate of wound healing in the observation group was better than that in the control group (P 0.01), and the average hospitalization time in the observation group was (23.3 卤8.9) days less than that in the control group (33.9 卤13.6 days) (P0.01). Conclusion external application of MEBO gauze can shorten wound healing time of pemphigus vulgaris patients, improve the effective rate of wound healing, and shorten the average hospitalization time of patients with pemphigus vulgaris.
