脑卒中患者康复促进因素的研究

【摘要】：目的了解脑卒中患者康复期间的促进因素,为脑卒中患者的护理干预提供依据。方法对8例脑卒中患者进行访谈,分析访谈资料。结果经过对访谈内容的剖析和归类,提炼出5个主题。即:切实的康复目标,有效的康复训练行为,克服放弃行为和不良情绪,合适的支持系统,适当的自我调整。结论脑卒中患者康复的促进因素是朝着切实的康复目标进行有效的康复训练,在此过程中,需要借助合适的社会支持和患者的自我调整,克服放弃行为和不良情绪,在康复过程中这些因素形成一种促进康复的力量。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the promoting factors of stroke patients during rehabilitation, and to provide basis for nursing intervention of stroke patients. Methods 8 patients with stroke were interviewed and analyzed. Results through the analysis and classification of the interview content, five themes were extracted. Namely: practical rehabilitation goal, effective rehabilitation training behavior, overcoming giving up behavior and bad emotion, appropriate support system, proper self adjustment. Conclusion the effective rehabilitation training should be carried out towards the practical rehabilitation goal for stroke patients. In the process, appropriate social support and self-adjustment are needed to overcome the behaviors and bad emotions of the patients. These factors form a force for rehabilitation during rehabilitation.
