青年女性疲劳诱发试验后腰部肌肉疲劳与疼痛发生的关系

【摘要】:目的探讨疲劳诱发试验中肌肉疲劳与疼痛发生的相关性。方法 2016年7月至10月,招募21例青年女性健康志愿者进行疲劳诱发试验,采集试验前、试验过程中和试验后表面肌电信号的均方根(RMS)和中值频率(MF),采用Borg疲劳量表、疲劳视觉模拟评分(VAS)评价疲劳程度,测定最大自主收缩力(MVC)、压力疼痛阈值(PPT)等数据。根据试验后是否诱发疼痛分为两组,比较试验前后差值。结果 Borg疲劳量表评分、疲劳VAS评分、MVC、RMS和MF在疲劳诱发前后有非常高度显著性差异(Z6.064,P0.001)。两组间疲劳诱发试验前各项指标无显著性差异,试验前后VAS评分差(t=-4.112,P=0.001)、部分测试点RMS差(t2.385,P0.05)有显著性差异;接受者操作特征曲线分析显示疲劳VAS评分差预测疼痛发生的最佳临界点为3.45,敏感性100%,特异性81.8%。结论疲劳诱发试验中,疲劳VAS评分差对疼痛发生有一定的预测价值;RMS差与疼痛发生存在一定关联;未发现Borg疲劳量表和PPT在预测疼痛发生中的价值。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the correlation between muscle fatigue and pain in fatigue induced test. Methods from July to October 2016, 21 young female healthy volunteers were recruited for fatigue induction test. Before and after the test, the root mean square (RMS) (RMS) and median frequency (MF),) of surface EMG signals were measured by Borg fatigue scale. Fatigue visual analogue score (VAS) was used to evaluate fatigue and (MVC), pressure pain threshold (PPT) was measured. The patients were divided into two groups according to whether the pain was induced after the trial and the difference before and after the trial was compared. Results the scores of Borg fatigue scale, fatigue VAS scale and MF were significantly different before and after fatigue induction (Z6.064 卤P0.001). There was no significant difference between the two groups before fatigue induction test. Before and after the test, there was a significant difference in VAS score difference (t _ (-4.112) P ~ (0. 001) and RMS difference in some test points (t _ (2.385). The analysis of operating characteristic curve showed that the optimal critical point of fatigue VAS score difference in predicting pain was 3.45, sensitivity was 100 and specificity was 81.8. Conclusion in the fatigue induced test, the difference of fatigue VAS score has a certain predictive value to the occurrence of pain. There is no relationship between Borg fatigue scale and PPT in predicting the occurrence of pain.
