并联式双静脉壶透析管路的设计及应用效果研究

【摘要】:目的设计并联式双静脉壶透析管路,并检测其在无肝素血液透析患者中的临床应用效果。方法 2014年5月—2016年6月选取某三级甲等医院血液净化中心收治的120例无肝素血液透析患者,按照随机数字法分为实验组和对照组,每组各60例。实验组应用自行设计的并联式双静脉壶透析管路进行透析,对照组采用传统透析管路进行透析。记录2组在透析过程中各管路部件(透析器、静脉管路、动脉管路)预防性更换的数量、因凝血导致整条管路丢弃的数量和第1副管路完成治疗的时间。结果 2组因凝血导致整条管路丢弃的数量及第一副管路完成治疗时间的比较,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论采用并联式双静脉壶透析管路透析可以减少因凝血导致整条管路丢弃的数量、延长第一副管路治疗的时间。
[Abstract]:Objective to design a dual venous catheter for hemodialysis without heparin, and to detect its clinical application in patients without heparin hemodialysis. Methods from May 2014 to June 2016, 120 hemodialysis patients without heparin were selected and divided into experimental group and control group with 60 cases in each group. The experimental group was dialyzed with the self-designed double venous jug and the control group was dialyzed with the traditional dialyzer. The number of preventive replacement of each tube unit (dialyzer, vein, artery) during dialysis, the number of discarded tubes due to coagulation and the time of completion of treatment of the first accessory line were recorded in the two groups. Results there were significant differences in the number of discarded tubes and the completion time of the first pair of tubes in the two groups due to coagulation (P0.05). Conclusion dual jugular dialysate tube dialysis can reduce the number of the whole tube discarded due to coagulation and prolong the time of treatment of the first tube.
