2004～2014年预防中心静脉导管相关血行感染的指南评价

【摘要】：目的评价导管相关血行感染预防指南的质量差异,对各指南间的推荐建议进行一致性分析,为开展中心静脉导管血行感染预防工作及发展指南提供参考。方法计算机检索2004~2014年导管相关血行感染预防指南,采用AGREEⅡ评价纳入指南的方法学质量,并用指南一致性评价工具对各指南推荐建议的内容进行一致性分析。结果共纳入全球6个地区的10篇导管相关血行感染预防指南;采用AGREEⅡ评价得出推荐4篇,不同程度修改后推荐6篇;共对比19条推荐建议,其中一致1型8条,一致3型1条,一致4型2条,不一致A型2条,不一致B型1条,未能分析5条。结论现有导管相关血行感染预防指南总体质量较高,但制定的方法学仍有待进一步规范;指南各条目一致性分析的灰色地带及未能分析出结果的条目仍需进一步研究及证据支持。
