机采血小板不同回输方式的比较

【摘要】：目的比较机采血小板不同回输方式对机采血小板献血者采集前后血常规指标变化是否有明显差异。方法 Trima分离机采集单份血小板(10 U),血浆回输的41名献血者作为观察组;正常回输的41名机采献血者作为对照组。对献血者采集前(15~60)min采集后(10 min)的血常规WBC、RBC、Hb、Hct、Plt、MCV、MCH、MCHC指标变化值进行比较分析。结果两种不同回输方式对献血者采集前后的WBC、RBC、Hb、Hct、Plt变化值有显著差异(P0.05)。结论血浆回输方式能减少献血者血细胞的损失,可推荐血站日常应用。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the changes of blood routine before and after platelet collection with different transfusion methods. Methods single platelet (10 U), plasma transfusion) was collected from 41 donors in Trima separator as observation group and 41 normal donors as control group. The changes of blood routine WBC,RBC,Hb,Hct,Plt,MCV,MCH,MCHC before (15 ~ 60) min collection (10 min) were compared and analyzed. Results there was significant difference between the two ways of blood transfusion in the changes of WBC,RBC,Hb,Hct,Plt before and after blood collection (P 0.05). Conclusion Plasma transfusion can reduce the loss of blood cells in blood donors and can be recommended for daily use in blood stations.
