高频透析的临床应用进展

【摘要】:正目前慢性肾脏病(chronic kidney disease,CKD)患病率持续升高,终末期肾脏病(end stagerenal disease,ESRD)患者持续增长,目前最常使用的肾脏替代方式为血液透析,每周透析3次,每次4h已成为公认的常规血液透析(conventional he-modialysis,CHD)方法,这种透析方法方便、经济,是我国目前应用最广泛的常规血液透析的透析模式。但是,因为每隔1~2d进行一次透析,患者体液容量、生化参数及内环境波动幅度较大,并不符合人体生理学特点。为了进一步改善透析患者临床疗效、降低并发症、减少死亡率,国内外学者通过改变透析频率、透析治疗时间,调整透析处方来
[Abstract]:At present, the prevalence of chronic kidney disease (chronic kidney disease,CKD) continues to increase, while the number of patients with end-stage kidney disease (end stagerenal disease,ESRD) continues to increase. The most commonly used renal replacement is hemodialysis, which is three times a week. The conventional hemodialysis (conventional he-modialysis,CHD) method, which is widely used in China at present, has become a convenient and economical method for hemodialysis (conventional he-modialysis,CHD) for 4 hours at a time. However, the body fluid volume, biochemical parameters and internal environment of the patients fluctuated greatly because they were dialyzed every 1 ~ 2 days, which did not accord with the physiological characteristics of human body. In order to further improve the clinical efficacy of dialysis patients, reduce complications, reduce mortality, domestic and foreign scholars by changing dialysis frequency, dialysis treatment time, adjustment of dialysis prescriptions
