护理专案改善在预防住院病人跌倒中的应用

【摘要】：[目的]研究护理专案改善在降低住院病人跌倒发生率中的应用效果。[方法]实施预防跌倒护理专案改善,比较2016年2月—5月(实施后)与2015年9月—12月(实施前)全院住院病人跌倒发生率、住院病人跌倒高风险比例、预防跌倒质量监测关键指标落实率。[结果]实施护理专案改善后,住院病人跌倒发生率明显下降(P0.05),预防跌倒关键监测指标落实率明显提升(P0.05)。[结论]预防跌倒护理专案改善有利于针对跌倒高风险因素进行过程控制,实施有效干预措施,实现住院病人预防跌倒高效管理,降低住院病人跌倒发生率,保障病人安全。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the effect of nursing project improvement in reducing the incidence of fall in inpatients. [methods] the incidence of falls and the high risk of falls were compared between Feb-May 2016 (after implementation) and September-December 2015 (before implementation). Fall prevention quality monitoring key indicators of implementation rate. [results] after the improvement of nursing project, the incidence of fall in inpatients decreased significantly (P0.05), and the implementation rate of key monitoring indexes for prevention of falls increased significantly (P0.05). [conclusion] the improvement of falls prevention and nursing project is beneficial to the process control of high risk factors of falls, the effective intervention measures, the effective management of preventing falls, reducing the incidence of falls and ensuring the safety of patients.
