组合应用输血相容性检测技术的研究

【摘要】:目的分析不同交叉配血试验技术在保障安全输血中的重要作用,探索疑难交叉配血检测策略。方法同步应用盐水介质、聚凝胺法、柱凝集法及试管抗球蛋白法交叉配血试验技术进行了2 199例ABO与RhD同型血液相容性检测,并对检测结果进行统计分析。结果盐水介质、聚凝胺法、柱凝集法及试管抗球蛋白法交叉配血阳性试验结果分别为98、944、1 304及1 252例。98例盐水介质交叉配血阳性中而聚凝胺法、柱凝集法及试管抗球蛋白法交叉配血阳性检出率分别为76.53%、88.78%及73.47%。柱凝集法与试管抗人球法交叉配血结果无统计学差异(P0.05)。结论盐水介质交叉配血技术在血液相容性检测中必不可少。应用多种交叉配血技术综合分析疑难交叉配血结果,能够进一步保证临床输血安全。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the important role of different cross-matching test techniques in ensuring safe blood transfusion and to explore the difficult cross-matching detection strategy. Methods the homotypic blood compatibility of 2 199 cases of ABO with RhD was detected by using salt water medium, polyglutamide method, column agglutination method and test tube antiglobulin method simultaneously, and the results were statistically analyzed. Results the results of cross matching positive test of brine medium, polyglutamide method, column agglutination method and test tube antiglobulin method were 98 cases (98 cases) and 1 252 cases (1 252 cases), respectively. The positive rate of cross matching blood by column agglutination method and test tube antiglobulin method was 76.53 88.78% and 73.47% respectively. There was no statistical difference between the column agglutination method and the test tube anti-human ball method (P0.05). Conclusion the technique of cross-matching of brine medium is necessary in the detection of blood compatibility. The safety of clinical blood transfusion can be further ensured by using multiple cross matching techniques to analyze the results of difficult cross matching.
