1例盆腔复发性脉管内平滑肌瘤累及右心房行胸腹联合手术的护理

【摘要】：总结了1例盆腔复发性脉管内平滑肌瘤累及右心房行胸腹联合手术的护理经验。通过组织医院多学科会诊及协作,制订详实的个性化手术方案;合理安排手术人员,多次模拟手术场景;对患者进行全面评估,进行心理疏导,术中严格预防和控制医院感染的发生。手术顺利,历时8 h,出血约1 000 ml,患者恢复良好。
[Abstract]:The nursing experience of a case of pelvic recurrent vascular leiomyoma involving right atrium undergoing combined thoracoabdominal surgery was summarized. Through organizing hospital multi-disciplinary consultation and cooperation, to make detailed individualized operation plan; to arrange the operation personnel reasonably, to simulate the operation scene many times; to carry on the comprehensive evaluation to the patient, to carry on the psychological guidance, Prevention and control of nosocomial infection during operation. The operation was successful and lasted 8 hours. The patient recovered well from bleeding for about 1 000 ml,.
