安徽省职校生睡眠障碍现状及相关因素研究

【摘要】:目的了解安徽省职校生睡眠质量的现状;分析影响职校生睡眠质量的影响因素;为有关部门制定相关改善职校生睡眠质量的政策和措施提供科学的决策依据。方法通过分层整群抽样,选择了安徽省(安庆、巢湖、阜阳、滁州和铜陵)5所城市的5所职业学院作为研究现场,以在藉10158名学校学生作为研究对象进行问卷调查,包括一般情况调查表、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(Pittsburgh sleep quality index,PSQI)量表、抑郁自评量表(Self-rating depression scale,SDS)等。对于计数资料,主要采用率、构成比、频数分布等进行描述;对于计量资料,选用均数及标准差进行描述。分类资料组间比较采用χ2检验;多因素分析采用二分类Logistic回归,在校正相关混杂因素的基础上,探讨职校生睡眠障碍的影响因素;所有数据采用Epi Data 3.1软件建立数据库输入数据,使用SPSS16.0软件进行统计分析。结果调查对象中,≤18岁4383人(43.1%),18岁5775人(56.9%);其中男性4716人(46.4%),女性5442人(53.6%);家庭居住地,居住在农村地区的生源有6284人(61.9%),居住在乡镇/集镇地区有1445人(14.2%),居住在县城区域1286人(12.7%),居住在城市市区有1143人(11.3%);是独生子女的有2487人(24.5%),不是独生子女的有7671人(75.5%)。10158名职校生中,有1451人存在睡眠障碍,睡眠障碍的检出率为14.3%。不同父母文化程度、家庭居住地和是否独生子女的学生睡眠障碍之间没有统计学差异。男性睡眠障碍检出率低于女性;成绩好的职校生睡眠障碍检出率低于学习成绩差的学生;父母管束较多的学生睡眠障碍检出率低于父母管束一般的学生;有校园欺凌和网络欺凌经历学生的睡眠障碍发生率高于无校园欺凌和网络欺凌的学生,抑郁得分越高的学生睡眠障碍发生率越高,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)结论安徽省(安庆、巢湖、阜阳、滁州和铜陵)5所城市的职校生睡眠障碍的检出率较高;不同父母文化程度、家庭居住地,是否独生子女的职校生睡眠障碍的差异不明显,影响职校生睡眠障碍的因素主要有:性别、学习成绩、父母管束、校园欺凌、网络欺凌和抑郁。应针对性地采取有效的防治策略,减少职校生睡眠障碍的发生。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the current situation of sleep quality of vocational school students in Anhui province, analyze the influencing factors of sleep quality of vocational school students, and provide scientific decision basis for relevant departments to formulate policies and measures to improve the sleep quality of vocational school students. Methods by stratified cluster sampling, 5 vocational colleges in 5 cities of Anhui Province (Anqing, Chaohu, Fuyang, Chuzhou and Tongling) were selected as the research site, and 10158 students were investigated. General situation questionnaire, Pittsburgh Sleep quality Index (Pittsburgh sleep quality index,PSQI), self-rating Depression scale (Self-rating depression scale,SDS) and so on. For the counting data, the rate, composition ratio, frequency distribution and so on are mainly used to describe; for the measurement data, the mean and standard deviation are used to describe the data. 蠂 2 test was used to compare the classification data among groups, and multivariate analysis was used to study the influencing factors of sleep disorder in vocational school students on the basis of positive correlated confounding factors. All the data are built by Epi Data 3.1 software and analyzed by SPSS16.0 software. Results among the subjects, 4383 (43.1%) were less than 18 years old (43.1%), 5775 (56.9%) were 18 years old, 4716 (46.4%) were males and 5442 (53.6%) were females. 6284 students (61.9%) lived in rural areas, 1445 (14.2%) lived in township / market towns, 1286 (12.7%) lived in county towns, 1143 (11.3%) lived in urban areas, 2487 (24.5%) were only children, 7671 (75.5%) were not only children. There were 1451 people with sleep disorder, and the detection rate of sleep disorder was 14.3%. There were no significant differences between parents' education level, family residence and sleep disorder of students who were only children. The detection rate of sleep disorder in male students was lower than that in women; the detection rate of sleep disorders in vocational school students with good grades was lower than that in students with poor academic performance; the detection rate of sleep disorders in students with more parental restraints was lower than that in students with normal parental restraints. The incidence of sleep disorders among students with campus bullying and cyberbullying was higher than that without campus bullying and cyberbullying. The higher the score of depression, the higher the incidence of sleep disorders, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). In five cities, Chaohu, Fuyang, Chuzhou and Tongling, the detection rate of sleep disorders among vocational school students was higher, and there was no significant difference in sleep disorders among vocational school students with different parents' education level, family residence, and whether the only child was the only child. The main factors affecting sleep disorder of vocational school students are gender, academic achievement, parental restraint, campus bullying, cyberbullying and depression. Effective prevention and treatment strategies should be adopted to reduce the incidence of sleep disorders among vocational school students.
