兴趣诱导改善患儿术前心理状态和麻醉诱导配合度的研究

【摘要】:目的探讨兴趣诱导在儿科手术室护理中的应用效果。方法选择2015年1月—2016年7月在某医院进行手术治疗的150例患儿作为研究对象,将其随机分为试验组(75例)和对照组(75例),试验组在常规护理的基础上进行兴趣诱导,包括设备兴趣化、环境兴趣化、兴趣化互动分散患儿注意力等诱导措施,以及针对不同年龄段患儿兴趣特点的沟通、安抚、鼓励等心理干预措施;对照组行常规护理。比较两组干预前后焦虑程度评分、麻醉诱导配合度评分以及家长对护理工作的满意度。结果试验组麻醉诱导配合度评分、干预后焦虑评分显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(均P0.05);试验组患儿家长对护理工作的满意度明显高于对照组(P0.05)。结论兴趣诱导可有效减轻患儿术前焦虑,提高麻醉诱导配合度和患儿家长对护理工作的满意度。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the effect of interest induction in pediatric operating room nursing. Methods 150 children who underwent surgical treatment in a hospital from January 2015 to July 2016 were randomly divided into two groups: experimental group (75 cases) and control group (75 cases). Including equipment interest, environmental interest, interest interactive distraction of children's attention and other inductive measures, as well as different ages of children's interest characteristics of communication, comfort, encouragement and other psychological intervention measures; the control group was given routine nursing. The scores of anxiety, anesthetic induction and cooperation before and after intervention were compared between the two groups. Results the score of anesthetic induction matching degree after intervention was significantly lower than that of control group (P0.05), and the satisfaction of parents in test group was significantly higher than that in control group (P0.05). Conclusion interest induction can effectively reduce preoperative anxiety, improve anesthetic induction cooperation and parents' satisfaction with nursing work.
