1例颅咽管瘤患者术后并发被害妄想的护理

【摘要】：总结了1例颅咽管瘤术后并发被害妄想患者的护理经验。护理要点:充分评估患者被害妄想的表现形式、对象、行为方式;积极落实安全护理、管道护理、用药护理;严密监测出入量、电解质变化及抗精神病药药物作用和不良反应,使患者被害妄想症状很快得到控制,最终好转出院。
[Abstract]:This paper summarized the nursing experience of one case of craniopharyngioma complicated with delusions of victimization after operation. Nursing essentials: fully evaluate the manifestation, object, behavior mode of the victim's delusions, actively implement safety nursing, pipeline nursing, medication nursing; Closely monitoring the volume of discharge, electrolyte changes, antipsychotic drugs and adverse reactions, patients with delusional symptoms were quickly brought under control and eventually improved and discharged.
