洁悠神对住院妇产科留置导尿患者泌尿系统感染的影响

【摘要】：目的探究洁悠神对住院妇产科留置导尿患者泌尿系统感染的影响。方法选取2015年1月-12月医院接受治疗的妇产科住院患者5242例为研究对象,按照随机数表将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组2621例,对照组采用常规方法进行尿道口护理,每天2次;观察组在对照组的基础上,联合使用洁悠神新型长效抗菌材料喷洒于尿道口以及导尿管,每天2次,统计两组患者置管期间膀胱尿细菌培养阳性例数;比较两组患者尿标本细菌培养情况。结果观察组患者留置尿管期间第3天、5天、7天尿细菌培养检测出的细菌株数分别为31株占1.2%、152株占5.8%、160株占6.1%均低于对照组对应细菌株数105株占4.0%、519株占19.8%、1064株占40.6%,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);观察组患者置管期间第3天、5天、7天、14天膀胱尿细菌培养阳性例数分别为29例占1.1%、34例占1.3%、42例占1.6%、52例占2.0%均低于对照组对应阳性例数63例占2.4%、81例占3.1%、97例占3.7%、105例占4.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05);观察组患者发生尿常规检测结果异常52例,异常率为2.0%,低于对照组的105例异常率4.0%,病原菌检出率低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论采用洁悠神长效抗菌材料对住院妇产科留置导尿患者进行尿道护理,能够抑制病原微生物,降低泌尿系统感染率。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of Jieyoushen on urinary tract infection in patients with indwelling catheterization in gynecology and obstetrics department. Methods 5242 patients in gynecology and obstetrics department who were treated in hospital from January to December 2015 were selected as study objects. According to the random number table, the patients were divided into control group and observation group with 2621 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine methods for urethral orifice nursing. 2 times a day; On the basis of the control group, the observation group used Jieyoushen new long-term antibacterial material sprayed on urethral orifice and urethral catheter, twice a day, and counted the positive cases of bladder urine bacteria culture during the period of catheterization. The bacterial culture of urine samples in two groups was compared. Results in the observation group, the number of bacteria cultured in urine on the 3rd, 5th and 7th day during the period of indwelling urethral tube was 31 strains (1.2%), 152 strains (5.8%), respectively. 160 strains (6.1%) were lower than those of the control group (105 strains, 4.0%), 519 strains (19.81064) and 40.664 (P 0.05). In the observation group, 29 cases were positive for bladder urine bacterial culture on the 3rd, 5th, 7th and 14th day during the period of catheterization. 34 cases (1.1%) were positive in bladder urine culture, and 42 cases (1.6%) were bladder urine bacteria culture in the third day, 5 days, 7 days and 14 days, respectively. 52 cases (2.0%) were lower than the corresponding positive cases in the control group (63 cases, 81 cases, 3.1 cases, 97 cases, 3.7 cases, 105 cases, 4.0%). The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P0.05). There were 52 cases of abnormal urine routine examination in the observation group, the abnormal rate was 2.0, which was lower than that of the control group (105 cases). The detection rate of pathogenic bacteria was lower than that of the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion the urethral nursing of the hospitalized patients with urethral catheterization can inhibit the pathogenic microorganisms and reduce the infection rate of urinary system.
