优质护理对白血病患者不良心理的改善作用

【摘要】：目的 :在白血病患者中,采用优质护理的重要作用。方法 :从2014年5月-2016年5月中选取80例白血病患者,平均将患者按照随机数字表的方法分为优质护理组40例和基础护理组40例,统计分析两组的患者心理状况、不良反应情况以及生活质量。结果:基础护理组的SDS评分和SAS评分均比优质护理组患者高,P值小于0.05,优质护理组有15.0%(6/40)的患者发生不良反应,基础护理组有30.0%(12/40)发生不良反应,优质护理组显著低于基础护理组,具有统计学意义。在SCL-90量表中,优质护理组比基础护理组躯体化、强迫症状、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、敌对性、恐怖、偏执、精神病性等因子评分显著低。结论 :对白血病患者进行优质护理能够改善患者的不良心理、不良反应,可以在临床应用中发挥优良的作用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to adopt the important role of high quality nursing in leukemia patients. Methods: from May 2014 to May 2016, 80 leukemia patients were randomly divided into two groups: high quality nursing group (n = 40) and basic nursing group (n = 40). Adverse reactions and quality of life. Results: the SDS score and SAS score in the basic nursing group were higher than those in the high-quality nursing group, P < 0.05, and 15.0% (6 / 40) of the patients in the high-quality nursing group had adverse reactions. Adverse reactions occurred in 30.0% (12 / 40) of the basic nursing group, and significantly lower in the high-quality nursing group than in the basic nursing group (P < 0.05). In SCL- 90, the scores of somatization, obsessive-compulsion, interpersonal relationship, depression, anxiety, hostility, phobia, paranoid ideation and psychosis in the high quality nursing group were significantly lower than those in the basic nursing group. Conclusion: high quality nursing care for leukemia patients can improve the adverse psychology and adverse reactions of the patients, and can play an excellent role in clinical application.
