【摘要】：正压疮是指由于卧床长时间不改变体位,使局部组织长期受压而导致血液循环障碍,持续的缺血缺氧,组织营养不良可导致软组织溃烂坏死[1]。目前,压疮治疗一直是临床医护面临的难题之一。近年来,研究发现负压引流技术可将创面的分泌物和渗出物引流,使创面与空气隔绝,避免交叉感染,利于肉芽组织的成长[2]。笔者对2015-01至2015-06我院收治的院外带入Ⅳ期压疮的患者采用负压引流技术联合金因肽
[Abstract]:Positive pressure sore refers to the blood circulation disorder caused by long-term bed rest and long-term pressure on the local tissue, continuous ischemia and hypoxia, and tissue malnutrition can lead to soft tissue ulceration and necrosis [1].
