三级甲等医院护士工作压力、希望对主观幸福感影响的研究
[Abstract]:Objective To study the status of nurses' working pressure, hope and subjective well-being, and to analyze the related factors that affect the working pressure, hope and subjective well-being of the nurses, and to explore the relationship between the working pressure, the hope and the subjective well-being of the nurses. In ord to reduce that working pressure of the nurse, improve the quality of life of the nurse and improve the working environment of the clinical nurse for the clinical nursing management, and provide the scientific basis for improving the service quality of the nursing. Methods A cross-sectional study was used in this study, and the self-prepared general data questionnaire, the status desired scale (SHS), the nurse's work pressure source scale and the overall well-being scale (GWB) were applied. By means of stratified and convenient sampling, a survey of 1200 nurses in 9 tertiary A hospitals in Hubei province was carried out. Use? The data were analyzed by means of S, t-test, variance analysis, Pearson correlation analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, and intermediate effect analysis. Results (1) The working pressure of the nurses in the three-class hospital is divided into (2.79-0.39), the nursing profession and the work are divided into (3.04-0.50), the workload and the time are divided into (3.27-0.56), the working environment and the resources are divided into (2.64-0.70), and the nursing of the patients is divided into (2.88-0.47). The management and interpersonal must be divided into (2.58-0.54). The hope is to be divided into (3.76-1.04), in which the path thinking is divided into (4.02-1.04), and the dynamic thinking is divided into (3.50-1.87). The subjective well-being (77.40 + 12.14) is divided into (11.60 + 2.83), the energy is divided into (15.36 + 4.24), the satisfaction and interest of life are divided into (5.73 + 1.64), the mood is melancholy or happy is divided into (13.96 + 3.56), and the control of emotion and behavior is divided into (12.91 + 2.18). The relaxation or tension was divided into (16.84 + 2.85). (2) The working pressure of the nurses in the three-class A-class hospital is of statistical significance in different age, marriage, working life, working department, whether the night shift, the intention of separation and the participation in the leisure activities are different; the nurse wishes to work in different sex, age, marital status, working life and working department, The difference of the monthly income, the will of the service and the participation in the leisure activities is of statistical significance; the subjective well-being of the nurse is of statistical significance in different ages, working years, working sections, whether or not the night shift, the intention of separation, the family relationship and the participation in the leisure activities are statistically significant (P0.05). (3) The subjective well-being of the nurses in the three-class A-class hospital is positively correlated with the hope and each dimension, and is negatively correlated with the working pressure, and the working pressure is negatively correlated with the hope and each dimension. (4) The multi-element linear regression analysis shows whether the family relationship is harmonious, the total score of the pressure, the change or the separation will, the total score and the participation in the leisure activity enter the regression equation to explain the 31% of the total variation of the subjective well-being. The relationship between the family and the family has the greatest influence on the condition of the nurse's well-being. (5) The structural equation model shows that the direct effect of the working pressure on the subjective well-being is-0.193, the indirect effect is-0.222, the total effect of the working pressure on the subjective well-being is-0.415, and the indirect effect accounts for 53.49% of the total effect. It is hoped that the direct effect on subjective well-being is 0.456, and the direct effect of working pressure on the hope is-0.486. Conclusion (1) The subjective well-being of the nurses in the three-class hospital is higher and the level of the secondary level is higher; the working pressure of the nurse is higher and the working pressure is higher, and the working pressure of the nurse should be relieved; the overall hope level of the nurse is not high, and the nurse should be assisted to improve the desired level. (2) The structural equation model basically verifies the assumption model of the relationship between the working pressure, the hope and the subjective well-being of the three-party hospital. The working pressure can directly affect the subjective well-being, and the working pressure can influence the subjective well-being. It is hoped that the subjective well-being can be directly affected, and the indirect effect of the intermediate variable-mediated working pressure on the subjective well-being can also be used.
