丁酸作用机制研究新进展

【摘要】:正丁酸是膳食纤维在肠道中被肠道菌群发酵产生的一种代谢产物。由于肠蠕动和肠道隐窝基底部黏液的分泌,丁酸在结肠中从肠腔最近端到远端,以及肠管到隐窝基底呈现出浓度梯度。丁酸浓度不同,作用机制不同。低浓度丁酸主要通过β氧化为细胞提供能量,促进肠上皮细胞增殖;高浓度丁酸则作为组蛋白去乙酰酶抑制剂(HDACi),抑制肠上皮细胞增殖并促进其凋亡。丁酸作用于肿瘤细胞,则主要积聚在细胞核中,作
[Abstract]:N-butyric acid is a metabolite produced by intestinal flora fermentation of dietary fiber in intestinal tract. Due to intestinal peristalsis and mucus secretion at the bottom of the recess base, butyric acid showed a concentration gradient from the nearest end of the intestinal cavity to the distal end of the intestinal cavity and from the intestinal tube to the basement of the recess in the colon. The action mechanism of butyric acid is different when the concentration of butyric acid is different. Low concentration butyric acid mainly provides energy for cells through 尾 oxidation to promote the proliferation of intestinal epithelial cells, while high concentration butyric acid acts as histone deacetase inhibitor (HDACi), to inhibit the proliferation and promote apoptosis of intestinal epithelial cells. When butyric acid acts on tumor cells, it mainly accumulates in the nucleus.
