综合性护理对盐酸坦洛新缓释片治疗Ⅲ型前列腺炎患者的影响

【摘要】：目的:探讨综合性护理对盐酸洛新缓释片治疗Ⅲ型前列腺炎的影响。方法:收治Ⅲ型前列腺炎患者82例,采用盐酸洛新缓释片治疗,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用综合性护理,比较两组治疗效果。结果:综合性护理后,观察组正确饮食、适当运动、遵医嘱服药、按时复查评分,疼痛和不适、排尿症状、生命质量影响评分及总分,认知干预、心理干预、生活干预评分和1年内复发率均显著优于对照组(P0.05)。结论:对盐酸坦洛新缓释片治疗Ⅲ型前列腺炎患者给予综合性护理干预,能有效缓解临床症状,降低复发率。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the effect of comprehensive nursing on the treatment of type III prostatitis with loxin hydrochloric acid sustained-release tablets. Methods: 82 patients with type III prostatitis were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group was treated with routine nursing and the observation group was treated with comprehensive nursing. Results: after comprehensive nursing, the observation group was significantly better than the control group in correct diet, proper exercise, medication according to doctor's orders, timely review score, pain and discomfort, urination symptoms, quality of life influence score and total score, cognitive intervention, psychological intervention, life intervention score and recurrence rate within one year (P 0.05). Conclusion: comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively relieve clinical symptoms and reduce recurrence rate in patients with type III prostatitis treated with Tamloxin Hydrochloride sustained-release tablets.
